Napa Valley has always had its share of rising stars. It has also been the epicenter for a new style of Cabernet-based wines which are unique, stylish and utterly profound; guaranteed to be well thought of for decades to come. Stuart Sloan was determined to make wine which could not be ignored or dismissed as a "one-hit-wonder". So, he bought the best land he could find, hired the right people and built the winery of his dreams. This has allowed him to maintain an unerring focus on his Cabernets, which could hold their own with some of the finest wines in the world.

If you were to have some one-on-one time with Robert Parker, Jr. he might readily agree. He awarded their 2002 a perfect 100. The 2003, 2004 and 2005 were all rated 96 points, which is remarkable given the fact that the Sloan family has only been making wine since 2000. If you are lucky enough to be on the mailing list for the 2007, it too looks to be a contender for the coveted 100 point rating from The Wine Advocate.

Available here today are three Double Magnums; one each of the highly rated 2003, 2004 and 2005 vintages. In addition to these rare, sought-after bottles, Karen & Stuart Sloan will join you and your guests for a private dinner at your home. With them, they will bring multiple vintages of Sloan and a private chef to create a special menu.

Insider's Info: Dinner to be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date. Karen & Stuart Sloan will provide their transportation and accommodations, wine, food and chef. Winning bidder will be responsible for providing the china, glassware, cutlery, linens, prep and serving staff.
