Turquoise water. Cool breezes. Soothing sunshine. These are just a few of the delights you’ll enjoy on Foots Cay, your own private Bahamian island. Three couples will have full run of the three-bedroom, four-bathroom main house and be doted on by the on-island caretaker, chef and other staff. Take pleasure in quiet corners where you can relax with a good book framed by the magnificent views, or enjoy the familial ambience of a generous kitchen/living space with your friends.

Venture outdoors and choose a quiet hammock for a peaceful snooze, or take advantage of the tropical waters with some bone fishing, kayaking or snorkeling. How about a rejuvenating massage right on the beach, or even a mani/pedi? Let the chef decide where to serve your tempting array of feasts—perhaps al fresco on the veranda, in the shade of the Tiki hut or garden-party-style right on the tennis lawn.

Or if you’re feeling more adventurous, there is no need to stay on the island at all – fill your days with excursions – deep sea fishing, seasonal bone fishing or local island exploring. At the end of every day, head west to the beach for a glorious sunset.

After three days on the island, wave goodbye to Foots Cay from the transom of Gypsy as you are ferried to Marsh Harbour where a luxurious 100+ foot motor yacht is anchored and ready to whisk you away to the next part of your journey. The yacht’s entire crew will be dedicated to fulfilling your every wish. As you travel south, enjoy the island-dotted Bahamian waters toward your first destination, the historic settlement of Dunmore Town, located on the north end of spectacular Harbour Island. You can tour the island entirely by golf cart, but don’t miss walking the rosy shores of Pink Sand Beach. Cruise through Spanish Wells and stop at Royal Island, swinging at anchor for the night. Last but not least, on the third day, motor to Paradise Island where you can snorkel your way around Sandy Cay and Rose Island then spend your last night at Atlantis for "Sundowners.”

Insider's Info: Trip to be taken April 15–June 15 or October 15-December 15, 2010 (excluding November 19–29, 2010). Island caretaker is the sole operator of motorized boats. Other off-island activities can be arranged through the island caretaker but are the responsibility of the winning bidders. Masseuse and nail technician will be available for two full days on the island – all fees, gratuities and transportation are included.
