World's Leading Charity Wine Festival to be Held January 25 27 in Naples, Fla.
NAPLES, Fla. (May 2, 2007) The Naples Winter Wine Festival, the most successful charity wine festival in the world and ranked by the Luxury Institute as a top 10 arts and entertainment event for wealthy Americans, announced that the 2008 festival fundraiser will take place Jan. 25 27 in Naples, Fla.
Celebrity chefs and vintners from around the world will participate in the three-day gala. Festivities include a tour of children’s charities that benefit from festival proceeds, followed by a wine tasting; intimate vintner dinners at elegant private homes; a world-class wine auction and lunch extravaganza at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort; a wine-down party and celebration brunch. The gala’s theme is Inspiring Tomorrow’s Heroes.
Attendance at the festival is limited to approximately 550 individuals. Ticket packages are $7,500 per couple; $20,000 for reserved seating at the same vintner dinner for two couples.
The Naples Winter Wine Festival is hosted by trustees of the Naples Children & Education Foundation, whose vision is based on creating an exquisite event, with proceeds benefiting local charities that assist underprivileged and at-risk children. Since trustees founded the festival in 2001, more than $55 million has been raised to improve the lives of children in need.
