Two couples will receive a privileged immersion in wine from the perspective of three of the world’s greatest regions: Bordeaux, Veneto and Napa Valley. Through a series of tours, tastings, winery stays, insider experiences and meals with estate owners, you’ll gain an understanding of the subject that money could never possibly buy.

Your odyssey begins in the Bordeaux commune of Pauillac with a three-night stay at Chartreuse de Fonbadet on the Domaines Peyronie estate. Your party will have a private tour and tasting at Château Fonbadet with Pascale Peyronie, who took over the domaine from her father in 2014. Pascale will take you around the region and share insider information about the land, its history and its bounty. Your visit will culminate with a tour and tasting at Château Lafite Rothschild, ranked as a First Growth in the Classification of 1855.

From Bordeaux you’ll travel to Italy’s Veneto region for an in-depth exposure to Bolla, one of the brands most responsible for the popularity of Italian wine in the U.S. You’ll spend two nights at the Bolla estate and learn the history of this famous and well-known family followed by one night in Verona. Your guide for exploration of the region is Pierluigi Bolla, fifth generation of the venerable wine family. Pierluigi is CEO of Valdo (short for Valdobbiadene DOCG), the oldest producer of Prosecco.

Spend your fourth night in Italy at a luxury hotel in the province of Modena with a visit the headquarters of Pagani Automobili, including a VIP tour and exclusive lunch. Pagani was founded in 1998 and manufactures bespoke Hypercars constructed of technologically advanced materials, each vehicle with a starting price of €2.5 million. As a rare exception for non-owners, this special tour will also include the Research & Design Center which offers a behind the scenes look into future projects.

For nearly a century, few families have done more to promote the image of California wine on the international stage than the Mondavis. Rosa and Cesare Mondavi purchased the Charles Krug winery after the end of Prohibition. Now, their great-granddaughters, Angelina, Alycia, Riana and Giovanna Mondavi, have united to continue the family legacy into the 21st century.

Your party will spend three nights with exclusive use of the ranch home on the Charles Krug property. The Mondavi sisters will show you the Napa Valley as you’ve never seen it before, providing insights on four generations of winemaking tradition. You’ll be hosted at a family dinner and receive a rare spot on the Mondavi Sisters’ Collection mailing list.

Each couple will receive a special collection of wines from Domaines Peyronie, Valdobbiadene Prosecco and the Mondavi Sisters’ Collection. The highlight is the 2012 Charles Krug Winery Peter Mondavi, Sr. 100th Anniversary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. This was the last wine Peter Mondavi, Sr. made with Angelina and his eldest son Marc Mondavi before passing away at 101. Only 100 Magnums exist, signed and numbered by Peter Mondavi, Sr., in unique wooden boxes made from original 1940s redwood tank staves.

Visit to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates and based on availability. Airfare to California and from the United States to Europe is not included. One-Way Private Air on a Phenom 300 or similar aircraft from the region of Bordeaux, France to Northern Italy is included and based on availability. Roundtrip, airport transfers are included in France, Italy and Napa. Ground transportation is included to all stated activities in Napa. Ground transportation is not included in France or Italy. Meals are only included as stated above, served with select wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Château Lafite Rothschild is under renovations. If the tasting is unavailable and/or renovations are not complete at the time of travel, a tasting will be offered at Château Duhart-Milon in its place. Lunch with Christopher Pagani is schedule permitting. Winning bidders will have exclusive use of the ranch estate on the Charles Krug property, which has one (1) Master King bedroom with ensuite, one (1) King bedroom and one (1) Queen bedroom with a shared Jack and Jill bath. Gratuities are included for all stated activities and meals. The bottles of Valdobbiadene Prosecco and Domaines Peyronie will ship directly to the winning bidders.
