If the winning bidders do not take the trip during the Royal Ascot, it is not date specific, is based on availability and must be redeemed by July 30, 2024. Dates of travel must be confirmed by March 1, 2024. Listed activities above are based on availability at time of booking. Meals, wine and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are only included as stated above. Dinner at Claridge’s Restaurant, dinner at Annabel’s Private Members’ Club and lunch at The Castle Inn are à la carte. One (1) spa treatment at Claridge’s Spa is included up to $500 per person.
