This remarkable lot allows you to be among the first to own the 2025 reincarnation of Volkswagen’s famous microbus, along with an instant wine cellar of amazing depth and variety.

Some legends never die: The all-electric Volkswagen ID. Buzz made its American debut late last year, equipped with 91kWH battery generating 282 horsepower and a 231 EPA estimated driving range. The Buzz (a pun on both the bus and the electric format) recreates the iconic VW Bus of the 1960s and 1970s, but with more style and grace.

The Candy White top and Cabana Blue Metallic body will turn heads on the road, while the luxurious interior features leatherette seating, a premium sound system with 14 speakers and the latest technology (Area View cameras that allow the driver a view of the road from all directions, wireless phone charging and App-Connect and advanced driver assistance). Even so, the all-wheel drive may tempt you to go off the road in search of the perfect campsite. You may have missed Woodstock, but this ride will make up for it.

The wine component of this lot is a collection of 34 Magnum bottles from each of the 2025 Naples Winter Wine Festival’s participating vintners. Some are mature and ready to drink, others may require additional years in your cellar, but each is special in its own way.

While this collection offers the winning bidder an instant wine cellar, a few bottles are almost never available on the retail market: gems such as 2015 Opus One; Pingus 2015 from Ribera del Duero, rated 99 points by Robert Parker; GAJA Sorì Tildìn 2004 Langhe DOC, the most nuanced of his single-vineyard Barbarescos; Rare Rosé Millésime 2014, the ultimate luxury cuvée from Piper-Heidsieck; 2006 Peter Michael Les Pavots, his flagship Bordeaux-style blend from Knights Valley; and 2021 Shafer Hillside Select, composed of the best grapes from Shafer’s Stags Leap Vineyards.

One of the crown jewels of the group is the Magnum of 2014 La Romanée from Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair. Owned as a monopole since 1826 by the Liger-Belair family, La Romanée is both the smallest French appellation and tiniest Grand Cru (at slightly over two acres). It is very rarely seen in Large Format and represents the pinnacle of the Burgundy region.

Bid high and often for this extraordinary combination of automotive nostalgia and cellar treasures—It’s ALL for the kids!
