Two couples will share an introduction to the wines of Peter Michael and the watches of Blancpain, two very different yet similar worlds: Both are committed to excellence in every facet of their operations and pursue their goals with a combination of precision and passion.
The experience starts in Knights Valley, where Sir Peter Michael envisioned producing Bordeaux-style wines in 1982. Now led by his son Paul and daughter-in-law Emily, Peter Michael Winery crafts small-batch wines, cherished by connoisseurs globally for their quality and limited intervention approach.
Your party will spend three nights at the ranch on the winery estate and have an insider’s view of meticulous farming and classical winemaking. Vineyard Manager Javier Aviña will explain the stewardship of the land; Winemaker Robert Fiore will demonstrate the time-tested French techniques used in the cellar, followed by a private tasting; the estate chef will host two exclusive dinners, using ingredients grown on the estate to complement Peter Michael wines.
During your time in California, you’ll visit the luxury resort of Montage Healdsburg and dine at the acclaimed Hazel Hill restaurant. Hazel Hill creates inventive wine country cuisine infused with a warm French touch, relying on the bountiful ingredients of Napa and Sonoma.
At your convenience, the scene will shift from the mountains of Knights Valley to the hills of Villeret in Switzerland, the home of Blancpain. In 1735, Jehan-Jacques Blancpain founded the eponymous company which became the oldest registered watch brand in the world. For nearly two centuries, Blancpain has been a leader in watchmaking technology and producer of the finest hand-crafted timepieces.
Your party will spend three nights at the Five-star Hôtel des Trois Couronnes in nearby Vevey. In addition to several gourmet restaurants, the hotel’s Puressens SPA offers a wide assortment of massages, facials and cosmetic treatments.
A tour of the historic Blancpain workshop in Le Brassus will provide a first-hand look at the complex artistry of the master watchmakers who craft some of the world’s greatest timepieces. You’ll experience some culinary artistry as well: At the Michelin Three Star Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville, celebrated Chef Franck Giovannini will share his secrets during a personal cooking class.
This lot also includes one Villeret Quantième Complet “piece unique,” a timepiece that embodies authenticity, timeless elegance and rarity. This exquisite 40 mm, 18 karat red gold automatic timepiece features a complete calendar moon phases complication displayed on a beautiful sunburst dark red dial reminiscent of the color of the most sophisticated wines. The Villeret Quantième Complet is not only a marvel of craftsmanship, but is also practical and easy to use, displaying the date, day of the week and month in addition to the phases of the moon. An additional touch of rarity is the red gold rotor that for the occasion bears a hand-engraved vineyard grape, making it a unique example of haute horlogerie.
The winners will also own a special assortment of Peter Michael wines for their cellar, mostly in Large Formats.

This lot is for two (2) couples. Visit to be scheduled for mutually agreeable dates and based on availability at time of booking. Airfare is not included for any portion of the trip. Blackout dates in California include February 1-March 12, 2025; May 8-16, 2025; harvest dates, yet to be determined; and holidays including but not limited to Christmas and New Year’s. Blackout dates in Switzerland include June 15-September 15, 2025, Christmas and New Year’s. Due to the historical nature of the Peter Michael Main House, it is not ADA accessible. Gratuities, select wines and non-alcoholic beverages are included for the meals at the Peter Michael Main House. The dinner at Hazel Hill requires advanced reservations, must be planned through the Peter Michael team and expires January 31, 2026. Dinner at Hazel Hill excludes all holidays and special events, additional blackout dates may apply and is subject to availability. Meal at Hazel Hill is à la carte, and gratuities, alcoholic beverages, caviar and tomahawk steaks are excluded. Gift certificate for stay at Hôtel des Trois Couronnes is required. A tax of CHF 6.5 per person, per day will be charged at the hotel at the end of the stay and is the responsibility of the winning bidders.
