This lot is date specific and takes place Friday, May 3-Sunday, May 5, 2024. Food, beer, wine and Champagne are included at the Paddock Club. Friday and Saturday activities will be included and planned by Aston Martin. The Aston Martin DB12 Volante Convertible (an “Automobile”) up for auction is offered on consignment on behalf of Aston Martin. All proceeds in excess of the consignment price shall be for the benefit of the Naples Children and Education Foundation, Inc. Winning bidder will be required to present the amount of the winning bid in two (2) payments, as follows: (1) Payment to the consignor in the amount of the consignment price, and (2) Payment to the Naples Children and Education Foundation for the difference between the winning bid and the consignment price. Winning bidder will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Automobile. Neither Aston Martin, NWWF nor The Auctioneers make, nor are Aston Martin, NWWF or The Auctioneers in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Automobile, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose, or mechanical condition. Winning bidder is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements. In accepting the Automobile, winning bidder expressly understands and agrees that operating a motor vehicle is an inherently dangerous activity that may expose the driver, passenger(s) and other persons to injury, dismemberment or even death. The Automobile spec is a standard offering DB12. In the event bidder desires to customize the vehicle with additional options other than the standard offering, winning bidder will be responsible for payment of all additional fees associated with those customizations and payment for such customizations shall be made directly to Aston Martin. Delivery of the vehicle shall take place at Aston Martin Naples. Bidder hereby agrees to not export the vehicle outside of the United States or sell the vehicle for a period of twelve months from the date of vehicle delivery. The Aston Martin present at the auction is the actual vehicle offered by the consignor.
