For only $25,000 per couple, enjoy an exclusive dinner at Bleu Provence in Naples, Florida on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, featuring renowned Celebrity Chef and 2025 NWWF Chef de Cuisine, Angelo Auriana. This intimate event is limited to just forty couples, offering a unique opportunity to indulge in an elegant, multi-course dinner featuring tartufo bianco (white truffles) of Alba and paired with the king of Italian wines, Barolo.
After graduating from hotel school in Italy and training with esteemed chefs, Chef Auriana moved to California in 1985, where he served as executive chef at Valentino for 18 years under Piero Selvaggio. In 2013 he opened two Los Angeles restaurants: The Factory Kitchen, an upscale Italian specialty spot, and BRERA Ristorante, an informal osteria offering elegant cooking inspired by its trendy, namesake neighborhood in Milan.
Chef Auriana’s distinctive style involves intense passion for choosing the best possible raw materials while allowing each dish to unveil its individual flavors. Using seasonal produce and traditional Italian techniques, he strives to create dishes that evoke memories of travel in Italy.
Longtime NWWF supporters, Lysielle and Jacques Cariot, will host the group at their renowned Naples restaurant, Bleu Provence. Celebrated for its elegant ambiance, exquisite cuisine and exceptional service, Bleu Provence has been a local staple since its establishment in 1999. The restaurant features a charming interior that blends rustic French decor with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a knowledgeable staff dedicated to providing a fine dining experience, Bleu Provence is perfect to host this truly special one-of-a-kind event.
The 40 couples on this lot are winners in more ways than one. In addition to enjoying one of the most spectacular meals of the year, they will have the satisfaction of knowing that 100% of the money raised will be channeled directly to children in need in Collier County through NCEF’s grant partners.

This lot is date specific, and the dinner is to take place at Bleu Provence in Naples, Florida on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The cost to attend for each couple is $25,000, and the dinner is limited to only forty (40) couples. If more paddles are raised than seats available, a random drawing of the raised paddle numbers will be held during Sunday Brunch at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón on Sunday, January 26, 2025 to determine the winners. Food, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, select alcoholic cocktails served during the reception, taxes and gratuities are included. Airfare, accommodations and ground transportation to the dinner are not included.
