If your clients are interested in supporting NCEF with a gift in their wills, we have provided sample bequest language that they can bring to their estate planning attorneys. Below is suggested language to use when drafting your bequest.
Sample Language
“I give to NCEF, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 2590 Goodlette-Frank Road North, Naples Florida 34103, or its successor thereto, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted charitable use and purpose.”
If the donor prefers to support the NCEF Endowment, he or she may also declare that designation with a qualifying gift.*
